I am a science communication professional with a particular interest in linking research with practice to support the community of those interested in science communication. I hold a Master’s degree in Life Sciences Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I conducted research on public attitudes and policy surrounding controversial science and public engagement with science.
My experiences, working in both academic and non-academic settings, have enabled me to develop a commitment to building productive collaborations and partnerships with diverse groups of people and perspectives. I deeply value and strongly advocate for equitable inclusion and respectful collaboration across all of these activities.
