SAi members in Washington DC recently gathered for a 3rd dinner gathering that brought together 3 staff members, 2 residents, 1 trustee, and 1 advisor. The gathering served as another opportunity to facilitate meaningful conversations, strengthen relationships, break down silos, and exchange new ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
The geographical dispersion of SAi’s community does present many challenges. As such, SAi’s Chief Resident is hopeful to invest more to support more local gatherings in areas with clusters of residents and staff. As demonstrated by the success of past dinners in Boston and Washington DC, these gatherings provide invaluable opportunities for residents and staff to connect, learn, and grow together. Expect to see new gatherings in other cities soon.
