Five residents (see below) were recently awarded supplemental funding from SAi to support them directly as they run their projects. Residents are able to submit requests twice a year during the summer and winter quarters. Applications are reviewed by SAi leadership (to assess fit, funding availability, etc.) and when appropriate, requests are sent for additional review by members of the advisory board. Recipients provide a video report (5-10min) 6 months after receiving funding to summarize the progress they made in their project. Funding is made possible from the generosity of individual donors.
